Jill Biden Loses It Over Biden Report

First Lady Jill Biden reportedly lashed out at Special Counsel Robert Hur over his report into President Biden’s handling of classified documents. Mr. Hur investigated when files were found at the President’s former offices at the University of Pennsylvania and his Delaware garage last year, and his subsequent report concluded that Biden should not be prosecuted because he is an old man with a frail memory, and a jury would see him that way. He did conclude, however, that the President had “willfully retained” the files, which contained classified information.

The Justice Department described the President as a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” prompting the First Lady to describe the Special Counsel as “shameful.” In response to Mr. Hur’s claim that President Biden could not remember the details of significant life events, including the death of his son Beau, Jill Biden released a statement saying, “I hope you can imagine how it felt to read that attack — not just as Joe’s wife, but as Beau’s mother.” She also condemned Hur’s comments as “inaccurate and personal attacks.”

The First Lady was not Beau Biden’s biological mother, but in an email to Democrat supporters, she described him as her son and wrote about loss, saying it is not measured in years, but in grief. Beau Biden died at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in 2015 from a type of cancer known as glioblastoma. He was an Iraq war veteran who later served as Attorney General of Delaware.

President Biden held a press conference following the report’s publication and also furiously rejected claims that he did not remember the death of his son. “How the hell dare they raise that,” an angry Biden asked reporters.

Donald Trump seized on Hur’s report as evidence that Joe Biden is not fit to occupy the Oval Office. The former President asked how a man unfit to face criminal charges could be fit to lead the nation.
