CNN Reporter Tries To Ignore Protestor, But It Doesn’t Work

A CNN reporter carried on speaking to the camera while a Trump supporter shouted “f**k CNN” live on air. Evan Perez, the senior justice correspondent for the left-leaning network, reported live from the scene when President Trump pleaded not guilty to the latest round of charges against him. A supporter repeatedly shouted the obscenity, and Perez continued as if nothing was happening.

Former President Donald Trump appeared in court in Miami, Florida, on June 13th. He is facing 37 counts related to his handling of classified documents found at his Mar-a-Lago estate during an FBI raid last August. It is the first time the Department of Justice (DOJ) has charged a former President with a crime.

The Miami arraignment lasted 45 minutes, and Trump was released on his own recognizance. The court placed no restrictions, and he immediately traveled to New Jersey to address a large crowd of supporters.

Speaking on his 77th birthday, Trump reiterated his claim that he is the victim of political persecution, usually seen in fascist or communist states. He blamed Joe Biden for orchestrating the persecution and said he “will forever be remembered as not only the most corrupt president in the history of our country, but perhaps even more importantly, the president who together with a band of his closest thugs, misfits and Marxists tried to destroy American democracy.”

It is the second time in just a few months that Trump has appeared in court to face criminal charges. On the other occasion, he was charged with falsifying documents in relation to a hush payment his former lawyer made to adult actress Stormy Daniels in exchange for her silence about an affair she claims she had with President Trump – a claim he denies.

Soon after that appearance, he was found liable for assaulting and defaming author E. Jean Carroll. He did not personally appear on that occasion and insists he has no idea who his accuser is.
