(FiveNation.com)- It’s easy to assume that Joe Biden’s inability to finish a sentence or say anything coherent is a new problem, given he spent eight years as Vice President of the United States – but unearthed footage of late comedian Robin Williams shows that he’s been doing this for years.
The video from a 2009 HBO special shows legendary comedian Robin Williams tearing into Joe Biden for his inability to coherent portray any political message. In the clip, Williams says that Biden is always “ramblin’” and that he says things that people with Tourette’s Syndrome – a condition that causes people to have physical and verbal ticks that often involve swear words – would never say.
“Joe says sh*t that even people with Tourette’s go, ‘No, no! What is going on?’” he said.

Bear in mind, 2009 was only one year after Barack Obama and Joe Biden were elected to the highest office in the land. Even back then Joe Biden was known for his verbal slip-ups, but in recent months he seems to have gotten significantly worse. And this is a man who could realistically be the next president.
“Joe is like your uncle who’s on a new drug and hasn’t got the dosage right,” Williams added, before impersonating Biden.
“’I’m proud to work with Barack America,’” he joked. “’He’s not a superhero, you idiot, come here!’ ‘When FDR was on television…’ ‘There was no TV back then’… Come here Joe, sit down!”
You have to see this, It demonstrates Williams’ unique ability to capture peoples’ characters and do so in a way that isn’t nasty. It’s just true. His impersonation of Biden rings true today when you look at some of the videos of him trying to describe his platform, or how he slips up and says something racist. Just like he did last week when he suggested black people don’t have diversity of attitude like Latinos do.
Williams’ daughter, Zelda Williams, didn’t like seeing pro-Trump activists and the son of the president, Eric Trump, posting the video.
She reminded Trump that Williams had ripped into his father too and that it was much more ‘savage.’ She then implied that she will vote for Biden, despite the fact that he can’t finish a sentence and keeps saying racist things.
