(FiveNation.com)- Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden has already declared victory and has possibly broken the Logan Act by engaging in diplomatic talks with foreign nations on behalf of the United States government despite not holding any legitimate elected office.
Meanwhile, CNN is publishing lists of senators who have not congratulated him for a win that hasn’t happened, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s supporters are publishing their own lists of Trump “sycophants.”
Joe Biden might think he is the president-elect, but claiming to be so is not only inaccurate but goes against a promise he made to the American people during the first presidential debate.
In September, Biden was asked by Fox News anchor Chris Wallace if he would “pledge not to declare victory until the election is independently certified.”
Joe Biden responded “yes,” and you can see it in the clip below.
It would be a shame if people were reminded of this.👇

Biden really made it clear during the debate that he would wait to declare victory, too.
“And here’s the deal,” he said. Notice how that’s all he ever seems to start a sentence with?
“We’ll count the ballots. As you pointed out, some of these ballots in some states can’t even be opened until Election Day, and if there’s thousands of ballots, it’s going to take time to do it,” he said.
That’s certainly true. A week on from election day and states are still yet to finish counting.
Over the weekend, far-left mainstream media outlets prematurely called the election for Joe Biden. Even Fox News did the same.
This was despite the fact that several court cases are progressing in the federal courts, hundreds of people have signed sworn affidavits saying they witnessed election fraud taking place, and overall results remaining uncertain. Biden declared victory without the election being independent certified.
“The election nis over,” Biden inaccurately claimed in his victory speech in Delaware. “I won’t be president until January 20, but my message today is to everyone, it doesn’t matter who you voted, we can save tens of thousands of lives if everyone would just wear a mask for the next few months.”
If Biden really does win the election, and we don’t know if he has yet, then the first thing he did after being elected was break a campaign promise.
What else would you expect from Joe Biden?
