(FiveNation.com)- Last Thursday, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk met with cadets from the US Air Force Academy to discuss space travel and exploration.
And when Musk was introduced, the enthusiastic cadets gave him a rock-star welcome, erupting in cheers and applause:

As he addressed the cadets, Musk expressed how great it was to see “this level of enthusiasm,” saying it makes him excited about the future. He told the crowd to “fight like hell to make the future great.”
During his question-and-answer session with cadets, Musk addressed the connection between military and commercial space interests, shared his philosophy on problem-solving, and discussed the challenges space debris poses to satellites.
Some cadets also had the opportunity to speak with Musk personally while presenting their capstone presentations on such topics as artificial intelligence in drones, autonomous systems, rocket cargo research, and colonization policy.
