A TikTok personality known as Mr. Prada, whose real name is Terryon Thomas, has been charged with the brutal murder of Louisiana therapist Nicholas Abraham, 69. Abraham’s body was discovered last weekend wrapped in a tarp near a state highway in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. Thomas, 20, was arrested in Dallas County, Texas, on Tuesday after fleeing police in Abraham’s car, Baton Rouge authorities said.

Thomas is facing a second-degree murder charge and is currently awaiting extradition to Louisiana. The relationship between Thomas and Abraham, as well as the motive behind the killing, remains unclear. Police, however, indicated there is no evidence to suggest that Thomas was a client of Abraham.
Surveillance footage captured Abraham entering Thomas’ apartment the day before his body was found, wearing the same clothing he was discovered in, according to an arrest warrant. Witnesses later reported seeing Thomas struggling to drag something wrapped in a tarp down the apartment stairs and placing it in Abraham’s car. A search of Thomas’ apartment revealed signs of a violent struggle, with blood found throughout the residence and evidence of an attempted clean-up.
Authorities described the attack as particularly violent, with Abraham having suffered multiple blows to his head, shoulders, and neck. Sheriff Gerald Sticker of Tangipahoa Parish said it was a “very physical and very violent attack.”
Nicholas Abraham, a well-respected therapist in Baton Rouge, had over 30 years of experience treating substance abuse, depression, and anxiety, and was a former Roman Catholic priest for 11 years. Friends and colleagues have expressed shock and sadness at the nature of his death, with Jarret Ambeau, a lawyer and friend, describing Abraham as a “kind, tender, and gentle man” who did not deserve such a violent end.
Thomas, who amassed over 4 million followers across multiple TikTok accounts, has not yet made any public statement regarding the charges. The investigation is ongoing.
