Child Chest Surgery For Gender Is Up 400%

( Chest surgery for transgender children is up 400% in the past three years, from 100%, according to Newsmax. A study by Vanderbilt University reported that there were 489 chest reconstructions in 2019 compared with 100 in 2016 for transchildren aged 17 and younger.

Most of the children undergoing this surgery were girls “transitioning” to boys, who were having their breasts removed as part of that “gender-affirming care,” while just 1.4% of boys who were transitioning to girls were having breast tissue implanted.

The average age of the children is reported to be 17 years old, but 5.5% are reportedly younger.

Back in August, the conservative Twitter account LibsofTikTok was locked out of her account after posting an audio recording of her conversation with Children’s National Hospital admitting that they would perform hysterectomies on minors, according to a report from conservative magazine American Pigeon. A hysterectomy is a procedure that involves the surgical removal of a woman’s uterus, causing the woman to lose the ability to get pregnant and menstruate.

Twenty-two states have moved to prohibit life-changing and irreversible surgeries from being performed on children, according to the Movement Advancement Project, Newsmax reported. In October, the state of Oklahoma has cut funds for hospitals prescribing puberty blockers for children, with Texas Governor Greg Abbott calling the practice “child abuse.”

The rise in trans youth has been speculated from conservative commentators to even liberal talk show hosts like Bill Maher, who question whether the rise in trans youth is because of society’s acceptance or that children are easily impressionable in a society where transgenderism is trendy.

Back in May, Maher questioned the predominant transgender narrative when he wondered why it was regional. “If this spike in trans children is all biological, why is it regional? Either Ohio is shaming them, or California is creating them,” he asked on his show “Real Time.”

He added that adults tend to forget how impressionable and “very, very stupid” children are.

“Maybe the boy who thinks he’s a girl is just gay, or whatever Frasier was,” he said. “Maybe the girl who hates ‘girly stuff’ just needs to learn that being female doesn’t mean you have to act like a Kardashian.”
