Taliban Executes Singer After Banning Music

(FiveNation.com)- After taking control of Afghanistan using American military vehicles and weapons left behind by the U.S. military (thanks, Joe Biden), the Taliban has very quickly gotten to work implementing Sharia law across the country and has already murdered large numbers of people who fail to follow their strict Islamic doctrine.

According to a report by the New York Post, an Afghan folk singer was even murdered by Taliban insurgents just days after they declared the “music is forbidden.” It is true that the Qur’an, Islam’s holy book, declares music to be haram (forbidden by Islamic law).

The Post cited the family of Fawad Andarabi who told reporters that on Friday the singer was shot dead when the Taliban arrived at his home. Incredibly, the family told the story of how Taliban soldiers first arrived at his home, searched it, and drank tea with him before shooting him in the head.

Jawad Andarabi, the singer’s son, said that he was an innocent singer who took joy in entertaining people, and revealed that the shooting took place on their farm. Andarabi was known for playing an instrument known as the “ghichak” and sang traditional Afghan songs.

Masoud Andarabi – the former Interior Minister for Afghanistan who is not related to the musician – shared the tragic story on his Twitter profile and said that he will “not submit to Taliban’s brutality.”

Had Joe Biden not left behind billions of dollars of military equipment for the Taliban, might Andarabi and so many others still be alive?
