Joe Biden’s Support Among Democrats Hits Embarrassing Low

(FiveNation.com)- A new poll just revealed just how deeply unpopular President Joe Biden is, particularly among independent voters in the swing states.

How did this guy win the presidency, again?

Just 35% of registered independent voters in swing states approve of the president’s performance so far, according to a survey by DemocracyCorps. The survey also found that Republicans are significantly more “engaged” than Democrats, boosting confidence among the GOP to take back the House and Senate in the 2022 midterms.

The DemocracyCorps survey found that 47% of registered independents disapprove of Joe Biden overall, with Democrats generating only 17% support among independents on a generic ballot. Some 34% of independents back the Republicans on a generic ballot – meaning they are talking about no specific election – and 45% say that they have yet to decide which party they support in future elections.

The survey was conducted between April 27 and May 3 this year, a period in which the massive influx of illegal aliens was still dominating the headlines. Today, President Joe Biden is dealing with reports of a struggling economy, rising inflation, and the verge of an economic crash not seen since 2008…the last time he was in the White House.

On the topic of Republican enthusiasm, some 68% of GOP supporters said that they feel highly engaged, compared to some 84% just before the last election. For the Democrats, engagement has dropped from 85% just before the last election to just 57% as of the end of April.

Apparently electing the oldest president in American history, and one that can barely follow the words on a teleprompter is a good enough reason for people to lose interest in politics…

Democrats will face a tough challenge in the 2022 midterms with a slew of crises, ranging from the economy to the border, all caused by the immediate arrival of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris in the White House.
