(FiveNation.com)- In a Twitter thread last week, the founder of the Institute for Black Solidarity with Israel, Dumisani Washington, condemned the anti-Semitic member of the “Squad,” Ilhan Omar for attacking Israel while never saying a word condemning the crimes against humanity that are happening in Africa.
In his thread, Washington pointed out that Ilhan Omar is the only member of Congress born in Africa. What’s more, she is the vice-chair of the Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Africa. And yet, Omar has never issued a single statement condemning the African slave trade in Libya or Mauritania, the genocide in Ethiopia, or the genocide of Christians in Nigeria. Instead, all Ilhan Omar does is attack Israel.
We all know why Ilhan Omar doesn’t point out actual crimes against humanity.
It isn’t that she’s a hypocrite. She isn’t a hypocrite. The truth is, Ilhan Omar doesn’t care about the “human rights” of Palestinians. All she cares about is the destruction of Israel. The Palestinians are nothing but the pawns she uses to achieve that goal.
Why would she condemn the slave trade in Libya or the genocide of African Christians? That won’t do anything to achieve her goal of wiping Israel off the face of the planet.
Washington, who authored the book “Zionism & the Black Church: Why Standing with Israel will be a Defining Issue for Christians of Color in the 21st Century,” has been a staunch supporter of Israel.
In another tweet last week, Washington challenged the “Woke” by posting a picture of Adolf Hitler meeting with the former Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin-al Hussein in the Reich chancellery. He noted that despite both Hitler and the Mufti being “Jew-hating Nazis,” the only one who is scorned is the “white/European.”
According to the US Holocaust Museum, Hitler stated that he met with Haj Amin-al Hussein in hopes of annihilating the Jews living in Arab lands who were under the protection of the British.
