Hunter Biden Secured A Dinner For His Client At the Chinese Embassy

(FiveNation.com)- In the latest report on Hunter Biden’s dirty dealings, the New York Post and Fox News Digital reported last week that Hunter Biden used his connection to a top Beijing diplomatic official he met through his father to arrange a dinner at the Chinese Embassy in Washington for a client.

Emails obtained by the Post and Fox News reveal that Hunter and his Rosemont Seneca business partner Eric Schwerin helped their client, Marvin Lang of Guardian Realty in Maryland, secure a dinner with Deng Hongbo, the deputy chief of mission of the Chinese embassy on April 28, 2011.

In January 2011, Lang, a major Democrat donor, prevailed on Hunter to get him a dinner at the Chinese embassy. Hunter, along with Schwerin, reached out to their contacts at the embassy about setting up the dinner.

Around the time Schwerin and Hunter were hammering out the details, Schwerin attended a luncheon hosted at the State Department for then-Chinese President Hu Jintao. Also in attendance were Vice President Biden and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Schwerin emailed Hunter the night before that lunch to let him know he would be sitting at the same table as VP Biden’s chief of staff, Ron Klain.

About a week later, Zhou Jingxing, the deputy director at the Chinese embassy sent Hunter an email about his communications with “Minister Yang,” believed to be Yang Jiechi, who served as China’s foreign minister from 2007 to 2013.

In his email, Zhou gave Hunter a list of possible dates for Marvin Lang to have dinner at the Chinese embassy.

After a month had gone by without the dinner being scheduled, a nervous Lang reached out to Schwerin. Schwerin emailed Hunter asking if he could get a confirmation letter from the Chinese embassy and also suggested asking the Turkish embassy to host the dinner instead.

In early March 2011, Schwerin emailed Marvin Lang to assure him that Hunter was hammering out the details with the Chinese embassy.

The dinner was finally arranged for April 28, 2011.

Several days later, Lang emailed Hunter and thanked him for setting up the dinner.
