FBI Officers Reward For Most Wanted Fugitive

(FiveNation.com)- The FBI is offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Michael James Pratt, the Bureau’s most recent Most Wanted fugitive.
According to the Justice Department, Pratt, a 39-year-old New Zealand national, is the co-owner of the San Diego-based pornography website GirlsDoPorn. He is charged with sex trafficking by force, fraud, and coercion, as well as the production of pornography and trafficking of a minor by force, fraud, and coercion.

GirlsDoPorn co-owner Matthew Isaac Wolfe, 40, of New Zealand, pled guilty in July to sex trafficking by force, fraud, and coercion, as well as conspiracy to conduct sex trafficking by force, fraud, and coercion, both of which are punishable by life in prison.

Wolfe acknowledged coercing about 100 females between 18 and 23 into producing the movies, which he claimed would not be disseminated in the United States, but then released them for public viewing on the U.S. website GirlsDoPorn. He claimed to have instructed cameraman and co-defendant Theodore Gyi on how to film movies, including an instruction to inform the ladies in the recordings that the footage would not be uploaded to the internet.

Wolfe revealed at the time that Pratt also ran a website called pornwikileaks.com, which had identifying information and social media profiles for some of the women being videotaped.

According to the DOJ, the website was committed to exposing the genuine names of the women participating in the films, leading the victims to be exposed to harassment.

Pratt is accused of conspiring to use force, fraud, and compulsion to recruit young women and girls to engage in commercial sex activities. He allegedly did so by promising the ladies and girls $3,000 to $5,000 for a one-day pornographic movie session.
According to the FBI, Pratt and his subordinates reportedly kept women in rooms until the obscene movies were recorded and forced some women to conduct sex activities that they refused to undertake.
Pratt reportedly made $17 million from his sex-trafficking operations.

According to the FBI, the 39-year-old has links to or may visit New Zealand, Australia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Singapore, Japan, Chile, Croatia, and France.
