Famous CEO CAUGHT With China – This Isn’t Good!

(FiveNation.com)- The chief executive officer of Contemporary Amperex Technology (CATL) has ties to the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) so-called “United Front” program. CALT is a Chinese firm cooperating with Ford to produce electric car batteries in America.

Ford Motor Company revealed plans to construct a $4 billion electric car assembly factory in Michigan. Ford announced the arrangement with CATL, saying it would use CATL’s services to produce batteries.

It was revealed several years ago that Zeng Yuqun, who formed CATL in 2012, is a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).

A 2018 report from the United States government called the CPPCC an organization that brought together members of Chinese influence groups headed by the CCP’s Politburo Standing Committee.

The CPPCC recognized Yuqun’s efforts to strengthen China’s lithium supply chains, which are essential for green energy manufacturing.

In an interview with the American Foreign Policy Council, Michael Sobolik, a fellow in Indo-Pacific studies, warned that by working with an organization led by a CPPCC member, Ford is inviting manipulation and the harmful influence of the CCP.

Members of the Biden administration received a letter from Florida Republican Senator Marco Rubio, vice chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.  He is seeking an investigation into the license arrangement between Ford and CATL. He also wanted a promise from the government that they would not use public funds to back CCP initiatives.

Ford Motor Company is no stranger to the spotlight of public scrutiny.

History.com reports that Henry Ford was instrumental in the rise of the American middle class by establishing the first meaningful industrial salaries and introducing affordable vehicles to the public.

On a societal scale, though, his legacy is more nuanced. Ford also made an effort to socially engineer the lives of his employees by using the power he had as an employer. For Ford, labor unions were nothing less than a worldwide Jewish conspiracy.
