(FiveNation.com)- Dr. Mehmet Oz, best known as TV’s “Dr. Oz,” recently hit out at National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases chief Dr. Anthony Fauci, slamming him as a “petty tyrant” and challenging him to a public debate about the COVID-19 pandemic on television.
A Pennsylvania Senate candidate, Dr. Oz is campaigning as a pro-freedom Republican, challenging COVID-19 lockdowns and calling for more accountability from the public health officials responsible for the COVID lockdown measures that hurt the economy.
In a tweet, Dr. Oz said that it’s “past time Fauci faces the fact that he got COVID wrong.”
“S, doctor to doctor – let’s debate. This Doctor is in, are you?” he said.
It’s unlikely that Dr. Anthony Fauci, who many describe as a narcissist, would risk his already-damaged reputation by debating the facts on live television with another medical professional who understands the pandemic, but the sentiment from Dr. Oz could feel like a refreshing change for the people of Pennsylvania.
In a campaign video, Dr. Oz said that he would be willing to debate Fauci “anytime, anywhere,” in order to “give the American people the truth about COVID-19.”
During an interview with Newsmax on Thursday, Oz echoed the same message, saying that he would like to debate Fauci not just on vaccine mandates but also on natural immunity for those who have already recovered from COVID-19.
He slammed Fauci as a “petty tyrant” who “got COVID wrong” and who continues to get it wrong.

If there’s any chance that Fauci would be exposed over his opposition to early treatment and his obsession with vaccine mandates – even though the vaccines don’t work – then it seems unlikely he would go ahead with a debate.
But who knows?
